Beautiful Color, Beautiful Shade

Like every color has various beautiful shades, our skin tone also has various shades. Each human being has a different skin tone. Some have dark, light, pale, blanched and what not. Every skin tone is unique because no skin tone is like another. The amount of Melatonin differs in skin tone. No one should be sorry for having some extra melanin

What is wrong in having some extra melanin. We’ve taken these socially deep rooted opinions very seriously and from then on, we took it forward to create one of the world's harshest, inhumane, destructive societies. We practically laid a solid foundation for a socially constructed racial system. Some of us believed that having fair skin is better and much more attractive because it looked slightly visually appealing. It looked better for some reason and we continued to believe that having fair skin is beautiful and dark skin is unattractive and ugly. So on, we paired it with some harsh, hurtful terms like “ugly” “dirty” and what not. So far, in every article, post and video is ours we’ve been repeatedly telling these are just socially constructed opinions that one had long time ago. Unfortunately, these were favored and became popular opinions . That was because one got influenced by the other and the chain continued to a point where the whole world was influenced by a single opinion.

Skin color shouldn't be a criterion to judge someone. In a nutshell, we must accept the way we are and love ourselves for the way we are and no other technique and mechanism can work. Like they say love begins with loving yourself first. Just remember everything is beautiful. It is our responsibility to extract and identify the inner beauty of an individual and help them to shine as an independent person. We should not be someone who discourages a person just because they have darker skin. Be someone who teaches the world that all skin types are beautiful and need to be appreciated. Be someone who encourages a person and motivates them to do great wonders because skin alone can never ever be a determiner of a person’s value. Skin tone is just a color.
