Hi! We are two high school juniors based out of Hyderabad, India. Apart from our love for topics such as mental health and social issues, we started this page keeping in light the present circumstances and how our mental health is taking a toll. We as fellow teenagers in this community, understand the various ways they are getting affected due to numerous issues in the society and not being able to express their emotions comfortably with their friends or parents. And so we wanted to create this anonymous platform where people could relieve their emotions, share their situations and also maybe get advice. As our motto suggests- Share, Listen and Relieve. However we would say, we are much more than that! Having started in 2020, it's been quite sometime. We talked with people, received great responses and have been continuing to spread awareness and knowledge.

 

We are active on Instagram where we actively post mental health content and are open to suggestions, your worries, and can turn to us when you feel you need to vent out your feelings. We really hope our educational content helps you out and brings awareness to those in need:]
